Description
The Executive Assistant will manage senior executives’ complex schedules, meetings, appointments, domestic and international travel, expense reports, purchasing, office administration, vendors, office space, events, correspondence, mail, and document tracking. The role requires an AA or BA/BS degree in business administration or a related field, at least seven years of experience as an executive assistant to senior-level executives, strong communication and travel skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
