Baseten is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its CRO and Head of Strategic Sales. The role owns the operational rhythm of the Sales organization, including complex calendar and forward-looking planning, meeting preparation, executive communications, domestic and international travel, customer and partner coordination, offsite and milestone-event logistics, and process improvements. Candidates need 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology, venture capital, private equity, or professional services environment, along with strong organizational, communication, judgment, and cross-functional coordination skills.
