Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive team and organization, including calendar and travel management, correspondence and presentation preparation, research, event coordination, project tracking, meeting support, recordkeeping, budget assistance, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and several clearances, with experience in an executive assistant or similar role and preferred board-of-directors and nonprofit-sector experience. The position works in home and office settings during traditional office hours with flexibility.
