The role manages complex executive calendars and priorities, coordinates high-level meetings and engagements, prepares briefing materials, tracks action items, maintains financial and personnel records, supports interdepartmental relationships, and may supervise lower-level support staff. The position requires an associate's degree in business administration or a related field and eight years of progressively responsible business or administrative experience in a university medical center, governmental environment, or equivalent setting.
