HP is hiring an Executive Recruiter for its Global Executive Recruiting Team to serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders. The role owns full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level positions, develops talent strategies and pipelines, sources and assesses senior candidates, advises executives on talent markets and hiring practices, manages concurrent searches, and selects executive search firms. The position is based in Spring, Texas, requires three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 annually for U.S. candidates, along with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
