Mach9 is hiring a Founding People Operations Lead to own the employee experience from offer acceptance through offboarding as the company grows from approximately 30 to 75 employees. The role covers People systems, compensation, onboarding, benefits, corporate governance, vendor selection, employee experience programs, manager development, employee relations, immigration strategy, and offboarding. It is a 100% in-office position reporting to the Head of Business Operations and Finance, with a salary of $130,000 to $180,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
