Description
Conversion is hiring a Sourcing Manager to build and own its talent-sourcing function from the ground up. The role partners with founders and hiring managers to source technical and go-to-market talent, manages cold outreach and candidate pipelines, improves recruiting infrastructure and ATS hygiene, and uses data and market insights to guide compensation and sourcing strategy. The position requires 2–5 years of sourcing experience, proficiency with modern recruiting and AI tools, strong written communication, and is based in San Francisco five days per week.
