Description
Empirical is seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and engage top-tier software engineers and technical talent across Latin America. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role (USD 1,000 per successful hire). Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years in technical recruitment, proven success sourcing LATAM talent, an established network of senior engineers, and expertise with sourcing tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
