Axon is hiring a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage recruitment from sourcing through offer for hiring teams across the business. The role supports candidate and hiring-manager relationships, develops talent pipelines, analyzes recruitment data, sources candidates using tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse, and leads diverse and inclusive hiring initiatives. It is based in the Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Monday, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
