Speak is hiring a Generalist People Operations Specialist to manage employee lifecycle operations across its Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese legal entities. The role covers onboarding, contracts, probation, offboarding, HRIS, compliance, benefits, employee support, People programs, workflow mapping, SOP and playbook documentation, and AI/automation improvements. It requires 4–6 years of people operations, HR, or related experience, strong communication and project-management skills, English collaboration ability, and a Seoul-based hybrid work arrangement.
