Raising The Village is hiring a Global People Operations Manager in Toronto for a hybrid, full-time role reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer. The role will build and scale global people operations, HR systems, compensation and benefits, people analytics, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries, with a focus on compliance, workforce reporting, HR technology optimization, and improving employee experience for a growing mission-driven organization supporting communities in Africa.
