Description
Base is hiring a Hardware Program Manager to own a new large-scale infrastructure hardware program from first prototype through engineering, validation, industrialization, and volume production. The role is responsible for build plans, part readiness, design maturity, supplier and contract-manufacturer coordination, BOM cost, tooling capacity, quality, delivery schedules, line bring-up, throughput, and yield. The position requires hands-on hardware experience, technical judgment, and a strong bias for factory-floor collaboration; it is based in Austin and is 100% in-person.
