High Scale is hiring a Head of HR to build scalable people infrastructure and performance systems for a rapidly growing video advertising agency. The role partners with executive leadership to develop HR policies, onboarding, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, retention, leadership development, organizational structure, succession planning, and data-driven workforce reporting. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive HR experience, including three years in an HR leadership or management position, along with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
