Description
n8n is hiring a Head of People Ops & Tech to own and rebuild the People function's operating system, including employment hygiene, payroll coordination, visas, employee policies, SOC 2 compliance, people analytics, HRIS systems, and workflow automation. The role will report to the VP People, build a small analytics, automation, and systems team, and scale People Operations as the company grows from around 400 to over 500 employees. Candidates must have proven People Operations scaling experience, hands-on hygiene and analytics experience, HRIS and automation experience, and be based in Europe; visa sponsorship is available for Germany, while other candidates need existing work authorization.
