Allica Bank is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead its recruitment function across the UK and India, with ad hoc support for expansion into Sweden. The role owns the recruitment strategy and annual hiring plan, leads a team of four, oversees end-to-end hiring, develops sourcing and talent-pipeline capabilities, improves recruitment operating models and technology, and uses data and AI to drive decisions. It reports to the VP of People and requires experience leading talent acquisition in a high-growth technology, fintech, or financial services organisation, along with strong stakeholder, data, and recruitment-process expertise.
