YipitData is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform its recruiting function. The role will assess and redesign recruiting processes, lead approximately seven recruiting professionals, advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, oversee senior and executive searches, and build metrics, forecasting, capacity planning, and recruiting technology capabilities. The position is remote-friendly within the United States, with headquarters in New York City and office hubs in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, and Seattle; visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation is $280,000–$350,000 annual on-target earnings plus equity.
