Description
BioMar Vietnam is hiring an HR Manager to lead local HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee development for its aquaculture feed business. The role manages and develops the local HR team, partners with business leaders, and supports the global HR network. It is based primarily at the Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office and the Vĩnh Long production site, with regular plant presence of 2–3 days per week. Candidates need at least five years of HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience, a relevant degree, full employee lifecycle experience, knowledge of PRC labour laws, and strong communication skills.
