Description
Avidbots is hiring a full-time HR Manager to report to the CEO and support employee engagement, retention, talent mapping, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, legal risk and compliance, compensation planning, recruitment, and internal mobility. The role requires at least two years of HR Manager experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, along with a CHRL designation or equivalent, strong communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of North American HR principles and employment law, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
