HR Manager at First Place for Youth

First Place for Youth is hiring a Human Resources Manager to provide hands-on HR management and support for its programs and administrative departments. Reporting to the VP of People, the role oversees HRIS administration, recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave and benefits administration, payroll coordination, employment-law compliance and reporting, HR training, and supervision of the Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressively responsible HR experience, and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with California and federal employment-law knowledge, HRIS experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
