The HR Manager leads strategic and operational human resources initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment, partnering with executive leadership, operations, engineering, quality, and production teams. The role oversees payroll, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, retention, and HR analytics, while managing two direct reports. It requires a bachelor's degree in an appropriate human resources discipline or related field and five years of relevant experience, with manufacturing experience required and aerospace experience preferred.
