The Human Resources Manager will direct full-cycle HR operations at a regional fulfillment facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role oversees employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, leave and workers' compensation administration, safety and compliance, payroll and timekeeping, and site-wide performance, while partnering with facility leadership and floor staff. It requires at least six years of progressive HR generalist or management experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment, along with knowledge of employment laws and enterprise HR systems. The position is full-time and permanent, with daily onsite presence and flexibility for occasional overtime or shift support.
