HR Manager at Polygon Technology

Polygon Technology is hiring a full-time HR Manager to manage and strengthen its Human Resources and People Operations functions across Bangladesh. The role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle management, HR operations, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, reporting, engagement, and organizational development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least four years of HR experience, knowledge of Bangladesh labor law, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with HRIS and reporting tools. The position is on-site across Bangladesh, with a Sunday–Thursday routine.
