The role manages onboarding, anniversaries, termination, temporary agency workers, invoices, hourly rates, statutory and collective-bargaining compliance, SAP master data, contracts, employment references, and works-council consultation. Candidates should have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration, business psychology, or human resources, several years of HR experience, knowledge of German employment and social law, and very good German language skills.
