Description
The HR Manager will lead HR policies, strategy, operations, reporting, and compliance across IRCA Manufacturing Netherlands B.V. in Tilburg, Dobla B.V. in Heerhugowaard, and assigned Belgian locations in Kessel and Meer. The role partners with Plant Managers and site leadership on talent management, employee relations, payroll oversight, workforce planning, recruitment, performance and compensation, employee administration, and local employment legislation. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of similar experience, knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems, and Dutch/Flemish and English proficiency, with travel across the sites.
