BCG is hiring a People Strategy Consultant for its Central Europe People Team to partner with leaders on employer value proposition, structural HR, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. The role owns projects end to end, structures ambiguous problems, drives analyses, aligns stakeholders, prepares communications, and supports implementation. Candidates should have a degree, ideally in HR management, 3–5 years of consulting experience, strong English, and proficiency in PPT and Excel.
