Médecins du Monde (MdM) is seeking a highly experienced individual responsible for managing all human resources and financial aspects of their Lebanon mission. This role involves supervising HR framework implementation, overseeing financial management, recruiting and training administrative teams, and providing technical support to operational staff. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience, preferably in an international NGO setting, particularly in conflict zones, with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
