Humber Polytechnic is hiring a full-time Human Resources Business Partner for its People(s) & Culture, Client Services team at the North Campus in Ontario. The HRBP will advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and design, labour relations, organizational transformation, change management, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making in a complex, highly unionized post-secondary environment. The role requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant business, human resources, labour relations, or organizational discipline and 7–9 years of progressive related experience; hybrid work is available with at least four days per week on site.
