AlertMedia is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders in its Engineering and Product organizations, develop talent and organizational strategies, support career architecture and leveling, analyze employee metrics, address employee relations issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 2–5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, direct experience supporting Engineering or Product leaders, compensation and leveling ownership, and familiarity with AI tools; it is an in-office position in Austin, Texas, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
