Altasciences is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for its nonclinical research site in Columbia, Missouri. The role focuses on partnering with leaders and employees to deliver strategic HR support across workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, HR policy governance, change management, and HR cycle support. The position requires strong HR experience, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HCM systems, with Workday experience preferred.
