Altasciences is hiring an on-site Human Resources Business Partner for its nonclinical research site in Columbia, Missouri. The HRBP will advise leaders and employees, execute HR strategies, support workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession management, coach managers on employee relations and performance, conduct workplace investigations, administer HR policies and cycles, support organizational change, analyze workforce metrics, and coordinate with HR specialists. The role requires at least four years of HRBP experience, a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HCM systems, labor-law knowledge, and strong communication and strategic relationship-building skills.
