Huron is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR advisor for a large consulting segment in its Education & Research Industry practice. The role partners with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence on workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, talent and performance processes, compensation planning, compliance, and employee matters. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen and communication skills, project management ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday, and the ability to use AI tools for HR workflows and workforce analysis. The position is remote, based in the United States, and offers an estimated base salary of $110,000-$150,000 plus incentive compensation.
