IntelliPro is hiring a Manager, Employee Relations for a 12-month contract in Clearwater, Florida, with a hybrid schedule of two work-from-home days. The role partners with HR business partners and people leaders on progressive discipline, conflict resolution, corrective action, training, investigations, and process improvement; it also analyzes ER trends and develops intervention plans. Candidates need 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in Employee Relations or Labor Relations in a national or multi-state capacity, while retail or professional beauty industry experience is desirable.
