Keeley Companies is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for its People Operations team in St. Louis. The role partners with business leaders on employment compliance, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and complex team-member matters; leads compliance audits and internal controls; supports benefit compliance and inquiries; and recommends improvements to HR processes and systems. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressive human resources experience, and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
