Netomi is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support its growing United States organization. The role partners with business leaders and employees on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and talent management, engagement, change, and HR operations and compliance. The HRBP will advise senior leaders, coach managers, use people data to identify opportunities, and ensure HR practices are scalable and compliant with applicable US employment laws.
