The position serves as an HR liaison for assigned locations, advising front-line leaders and managers on HR policies, workforce concerns, policy implementation, compliance, and employee-life-cycle issues. Responsibilities include coaching leaders and employees, addressing workplace conflicts and performance challenges, ensuring compliance with employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and FLSA, conducting site visits, completing HR training, and supporting managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant human resources experience, and up to 30% travel within the assigned region.
