Mutual Bancorp is hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units and leadership teams. The role covers workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, change initiatives, HR policy guidance, and support for HR systems and organizational effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification are required, along with experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, conflict resolution, HR metrics, and federal and state employment law.
