Cove is hiring a full-time Human Resources Business Partner Executive in Singapore to serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Singapore Business Unit. The role bridges HR and department heads, manages work permits, employment passes, OFWAS, IRAS, MOM, MSF, and NS Portal matters, oversees employee benefits and statutory claims, supports office administration, and collaborates with HR Operations to standardize and automate processes. The position reports to the Head of HR and includes a three-month probation period.
