The City of Beaumont is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner to advise city leaders and employees on employee relations, disability and accommodation matters, performance management, workplace investigations, HR policies, and organizational processes. The role also supports recruitment, talent transitions, training, and continuous improvement of People Services practices. Candidates need a degree or diploma in human resources, business, or an equivalent combination, plus at least five years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including at least three years in a generalist, business partner, or advisory capacity. The position offers a salary of $86,759.40 to $103,595.40 per year, employer-paid health and dental benefits, an optional hybrid work program, and a 35-hour work week.
