Vynca is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support Clinical Operations in a fast-paced, multi-state, highly regulated environment. The role partners with clinical leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, retention, compliance, and risk mitigation, while advising on clinical workforce considerations such as licensure, scope of practice, and patient-facing risk. It is a remote position with occasional travel and is open to applicants in Colorado, Illinois, Utah, or Texas.
