Miller Environmental Group is hiring a full-time Human Resources Business Partner / Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role owns the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, retention, compliance, and HR process execution, while partnering with Payroll and Benefits. It requires at least seven years of progressive HR experience, independent investigation and coaching capabilities, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
