Description
Corteva Agriscience is hiring a People Partner/HR Consultant in Ukraine, based preferably in Kyiv with at least two to three days per week in the Kyiv office. The role partners with the Country Leader, General Managers, and leadership teams; develops and manages employee relations and change initiatives; supports talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and HR vendor management; and coordinates with regional HR partners and HR service teams. The position requires a college or university degree, 8–10 years of human resources experience, strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of HRIS systems, and fluent Ukrainian and English.
