North Carolina A&T State University is hiring a permanent, full-time Human Resources Consultant to advise campus managers on faculty recruitment, screening, selection approval, and hiring-process compliance. The role develops recruiting strategies, refines hiring workflows, supports talent-pool development, and provides training on recruitment policies and best practices. It requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of progressively responsible human-resources management experience, with higher-education recruitment and compensation experience preferred. The position is hybrid, with part-time on-campus engagement and the remainder of the work at home, and is available as of October 1, 2026.
