Description
The Human Resources Consultant I provides professional HR operations support and consultation for North Carolina A&T State University, including Banner HR transaction processing, personnel action review, leave reporting, payroll-related coordination, and HR data integrity. The role supports permanent, temporary, faculty, and student employment processes and serves as a resource for campus departments, supervisors, HR colleagues, Payroll, Benefits Shared Services, and other partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience, with Banner HR experience preferred, and is an on-site permanent full-time position.
