The Human Resources Director will oversee the full employee lifecycle for a facility in Morton, Illinois, including recruiting, background checks, personnel-file maintenance, complex employee-relations resolution, new-hire orientation, employee engagement, and advising managers on employment policies and applicable regulations. The role prefers two years of related experience, preferably in long-term care, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
