Hawai`i Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time, exempt Human Resources Director/Manager to lead strategic people initiatives in its behavioral health organization. The role oversees workforce planning, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, credentialing, culture and engagement, compensation and benefits, leave management, and workers’ compensation outcomes. It is based on-site at the Ala Moana Office in Honolulu, Hawaii, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive HR leadership experience, and strong knowledge of behavioral health compliance and accreditation.
