Revolution Foods is hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead HR support across its Commerce/La Mirada, San Lorenzo, and Las Vegas operations for a workforce of 700+ employees. The role leads and develops a small HR team, handles employee relations and workplace investigations, advises on California, Nevada, and federal employment law, improves frontline leadership and employee experience, and builds scalable HR processes and culture. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of progressive HR experience including leadership, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, and expertise with large, complex, growing workforces.
