Discovery Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Director of Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide talent and organizational development initiatives across its behavioral health organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role oversees clinical and technical training, onboarding, mentorship, employee feedback, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, career pathways, and retention analytics. The position is remote with periodic travel and offers an annual compensation range of $145,000 to $185,000.
