The role serves as the first point of contact for managers and employees, supports HR functions including recruitment, training, policy, analytics, employee relations, benefits, disability management, return-to-work, and accommodation, and liaises with payroll and operations. The position requires post-secondary education in Human Resources or related experience, previous Human Resources experience, French-English bilingual ability as an asset, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
