Centro is hiring a full-time, onsite Human Resources Generalist in Davenport, Iowa. The role supports employees and leaders with HR questions, policies, and workplace concerns; manages leaves of absence and employee changes; maintains records; assists with payroll, audits, and compliance; supports performance improvement and employee development; and helps drive engagement and retention programs. The position is primarily office-based but requires regular interaction with associates and leaders throughout a manufacturing facility, including time on the production floor.
