Human Resources Generalist at defy-security

Defy Security is hiring an HR Generalist to support the Senior Human Capital Strategist across the employee lifecycle. The role handles employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS and workforce reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and talent process coordination, HR policy administration, and HR projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational, communication, judgment, and follow-through skills.
